Basında Biz – 50. Yıl Ticaret Lisesi’nin büyük başarısı…

Nazilli’de 50. Yıl Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi proje ekibince hazırlanan proje, 3 bin 500 proje arasında 92 puanla 5. olarak hibe almaya hak kazandı.

Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı, Nazilli 50. Yıl Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi’nin okul müdürü ve 6 öğretmeninden oluşan proje ekibinin hazırladığı, ‘Erasmus+ Okul Eğitimi Personel Hareketliliği KA101 Projesi’ni kabul etti. Ajansa sunulan 3 bin 500 proje arasından 115 projeye hibe desteği çıktı. Bunların arasında 92 puan alan Nazilli 50. Yıl Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi’nin projesi, 5. sıradan hibe almaya hak kazandı. Büyük başarıya imza atan proje ekibinde, Okul Müdürü Abdülmenaf Güzel, Müdür Yardımcıları Mustafa Görünmezoğlu, Sultan Şentürk, Bilişim Teknolojileri Öğretmeni ve Proje İrtibat Kişisi Yusuf Pektaş, Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı öğretmenlerinden Ayşe Akın ve Bergin Temurayak ile Biyoloji öğretmeni Ayşe İdikut yer aldı. Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı’nca kabul edien projede, bireylerin öğrenme hareketliliği altında yer alan okul eğitimi personelinin öğrenme hareketliliği için meslek liselerinde en büyük problem olan ‘erken okul terkleri’ni en aza indirgemek amacı ile ‘kaliteli bir yaşam için eğitimde kal’ konuları ele alındı.

5. SIRADA YER ALDI

2017 teklif çağrısı döneminde 3 bin 500 proje Ulusal Ajansa sunulurken, bunlardan 115 proje hibe almaya hak kazandı. Okulun proje ekibinin hazırlamış olduğu proje de 115 proje arasından 92 puan alarak 5. sırada yer aldı. Proje, Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı tarafından hibe almaya değer görüldü. Aynı zamanda proje, 2017 teklif çağrısında ‘KA101 Okul Eğitimi Personelinin Öğrenme Hareketliliği’ kapsamında hibe alan ilçedeki tek proje oldu.

YURT DIŞI EĞİTİMLERİ

Konuyla ilgili açıklamalarda bulunan Proje İrtibat Kişisi Yusuf Pektaş, proje ekibinde yer alan katılımcıların 19-25 Mayıs 2018 tarihleri arasında İspanya’nın Madrid şehrinde yer alan Cervantes Traınıg Kurs Merkezi’nde gerçekleştirilecek olan Erken Okul Terklerini Azaltmaya yönelik “Coaching in educational contexts to reduce early school leaving” isimli eğitime katılacağını dile getirdi. Pektaş, “Proje ekibi ayrıca 2018 Eylül ayında da 5 gün işbaşı izleme yapmak için Portekiz’in Braga şehrinde mesleki eğitim veren Esprominho Mesleki Eğitim Merkezine gidecek ve burada incelemeler yapacak” diye konuştu.

Pektaş, “Bu proje ile 92 puan almak önemli bir başarıdır. Proje yazım aşamasında okul idaresi proje odasını tahsis ederek çalışmaların daha düzenli ve teknik açıdan donanımlı bir ortamda gerçekleşmesini sağlamıştır. Ayrıca proje ekibi de çalışma saatleri dışında özverili bir şekilde çalışmıştır” diyerek okul idaresi ve emeği geçen eğitimcilere teşekkür etti. Okul Müdürü Abdülmenaf Güzel de, proje ekibini büyük başarısından dolayı kutladı.

The great success of the 50th Year Commercial High School …

NAZİLLİ 50. YIL MESLEKİ VE TEKNİK ANADOLU LİSESİ ERASMUS+ KA1 PROJESİNİN İLK HAREKETLİLİĞİNDEN DÖNDÜ

Kursa, Okul müdürü Abdülmenaf GÜZEL, Müdür yardımcıları Mustafa GÖRÜNMEZOĞLU, Sultan ŞENTÜRK, Proje Koordinatörü ve Bilişim Teknolojileri öğretmeni Yusuf PEKTAŞ, Biyoloji öğretmeni Ayşe İDİKUT, Edebiyat öğretmenleri Bergin TEMURAYAK ve Ayşe AKIN Erasmus+ KA1 Okul Personelinin hareketliliği programı kapsamında; 19.05.2018-25.05.2018 arasında İspanya’nın Madrid şehrine 45 km mesafede olan Alcala de Henares bölgesinde Erken Okul Terklerini azaltmaya yönelik bir teknik olan EFT kursuna katılmışlardır. Yapılan atölye çalışmaları ile EFT tekniklerini öğrenmişler; aynı zamanda uygulamalı olarak da teknik üzerinde çalışmışlardır.

EFT, Gary Craig isimli, Stanford Üniversitesi mezunu bir mühendis tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Kendisi aynı zamanda, tanınmış bir TFT (Thought Field Therapy) ve NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) uzmanıdır.

Gary Craig’in geliştirdiği yöntem, insan vücudundaki enerji akışında oluşan blokajların vücudumuzda ve zihnimizde olumsuz etkiler -hastalıklar- yarattığı görüşüne dayanır. Bu teknikte, vücudun enerji meridyenleri üzerinde bulunan bazı akupressure noktalarına parmak uçlarıyla vurularak, enerji akışındaki blokajların çözülmesi sağlanır. Parmak uçlarıyla yapılan sistematik vuruşlar, yöntemi uygulayan kişinin duygusal bir sıkıntıyı yaşadığı veya imgelediği zaman ortaya çıkan enerji blokajının serbest kalmasını ve enerji sisteminin yeniden dengeye kavuşmasını sağlar. Çok pratik ve çok hızlı tepki veren bir sistemdir.

Parmak uçlarıyla yapılan vuruşlar kişinin kendisi tarafından veya bir EFT uzmanı tarafından uygulanabilir. En çok kullanılan yöntemlerden birisi, EFT uzmanının kendi vücudu üzerinde gösterdiği vuruşların ve söylediği sözlerin aynı şekilde danışan tarafından tekrarlanması yöntemidir.Bu teknik; erken okul terki yapan öğrenciler üzerinde de uygulanmış ve %88 başarı elde edilmiştir. Bu sayede öğrencilerin sıkıntılı olduğu durumlar tespit edilerek kendilerini daha rahat hissetmeleri sağlanmıştır. Kurs sonunda katılımcılara Katılım sertifikası ve Europass Hareketlilik Belgesi verilmiştir.

NAZİLLİ 50th YEAR PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL ANATOLIAN LIST ERASMUS + KA1 PROJECT FIRST MOVEMENT

Kursa, School Principal Abdülmenaf GÜZEL, Assistant Principal Mustafa GÖRÜNMEZOĞLU, Sultan ŞENTÜRK, Project Coordinator and Information Technology Teacher Yusuf PEKTAŞ, Biology Teacher Ayşe İDİKUT, Literature Teachers Bergin TEMURAYAK and Ayşe AKIN Erasmus + KA1 School Staff Mobility Program; They participated in the EFT course, a technique for reducing early school abandonment in the Alcala de Henares region, which is 45 km from the Spanish city of Madrid between May 5th and 25th, They learned the workshop studies and EFT techniques; they also worked on the technique in practice.

EFT was developed by an engineer named Gary Craig, graduated from Stanford University. He is also a renowned TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) specialist.

Gary Craig’s method is based on the idea that blockages in the flow of energy in the human body have created negative effects – pains – in our bodies and in our minds. In this technique, some acupressure points on the energy meridians of the body are hit with fingertips, so that the blockages in the energy flow are solved. Systematic strokes made with fingertips enable the practitioner to release the energy blockage that occurs when the emotional stress is experienced or imagined, and the energy system to regain balance. Very practical and very responsive system.

Fingertip strokes may be performed by the person himself or by an EFT specialist. One of the most commonly used methods is the repetition of the strokes shown by the EFT specialist on his / her body and the words he / she said by the same person. This technique; was also applied to early school-making students and 88% success was achieved. In this way, it is possible to make students feel more comfortable by identifying situations where students are troubled. At the end of the course you will receive the Participation Certificate and the Europass Mobility Certificate.

A1 Seviyesinde İngilizce Kursu Eğitimine Başladık.

7 kişiden oluşan proje ekibimiz başvuru formunda da planladığı gibi hareketlilik öncesi hazırlıklardan olan yabancı dil eğitimi almaya başlamıştır. Eğitimler, Salı ve Çarşamba günleri 3 saat üzerinden devam etmektedir.A1 seviyesinde kursa katılan ekip, kursta yaklaşık 1 aydan fazladır eğitim almaktadır. Yapılan 5 sınav sonunda (listening, reading, writing) başarılı olan kursiyerler A1 seviyesinde 120 saatlik kursu tamamlamış ve ilk hareketliliği olan İspanya’ya başlangıç düzeyinde bir yabancı dil ile gitmiş olacaklarıdır.

Our project team consisting of 7 people has begun to receive foreign language education which was prepared in pre-mobility preparations as planned in the application form. The trainings are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays over 3 hours. The team who participated in the course at AI level is studying the course about 1 month. The trainees who succeeded at the end of the 5 examinations (listening, reading, writing) completed the 120 hour course at A1 and would have gone to Spain, the first movement, with a foreign language at the beginner level.

Ekibimiz , Proje Yazım Aşamasında…

Proje Ekibi,Okulumuzda erken okul terkine ait son 4 yılın istatistikleri okul kayıtlarından çıkarmıştır.

Buna göre; 2012 yılından itibaren sırası ile %17,%22,%17 ve %25 civarında okul bazında erken okul terki yapıldığı anlaşılmıştır.Türkiye’de bu konu üzerindeki yaklaşık yirmi bilimsel makale okulumuzun proje ekibi tarafından eylül ayından itibaren incelenmiş ve haftada 3 gün ders saatlerinden sonra ekip olarak neler yapılabileceği istişare edilmiştir. Ayrıca ekibimiz öğrencilere yaptığı anketler ile erken okul terklerinin sebeplerini tespit etmeye çalışmıştır.

Yabancı kaynaklı sitelerden yaptığımız araştırmalara göre; erken okul terkini önlemeye yönelik Duygusal Özgürlük Teknikleri (EFT),Enerji Psikoloji Teknikleri(EPT) ve Güç Dağıtım Envanteri anketi(SDI) gibi araçların ülkemizde pek kullanılmadığını buna karşın erken okul terkinin az olduğu ülkelerde sıkça kullanıldığını tespit edilmiştir. Bu amaçla ekip, yurt dışında bahsedilen teknikleri bizlere öğretebilecek kurs merkezlerini ve kurs sonrası öğrenilenleri uygulayabilmek için işbaşı izleme yapabileceğimiz kurumları ortak arama sitelerinden ve sosyal ağlar üzerinden bulmuştur.

Our Team, During Project Writing …

The Project Team removes statistics from school records for the last 4 years of early school dropout at our school.

According to the researches we made from foreign sources; it has been found that tools such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Energy Psychological Techniques (EPT), and Power Distribution Inventory (SDI) measures to prevent early school dropout are rarely used in our country, whereas early school dropouts are frequently used in a few countries. For this purpose, the team has found courses centers that can teach us the techniques mentioned abroad, and institutions where we can monitor workshops in order to apply after-school learning through joint search sites and social networks.
